Friend ran away from home, how do i get him to go back?
He ran away about a week ago and is staying at a friends house, but hes been leaving the house at night and going who knows where . Hes 18 and says he’ll never go home again. My friend is the most stubborn person I’ve ever met and i fear he might actually be telling the truth. He’s threatened suicide before and I’m afraid if we pressure him to much, or force him down any paths he would contemplate suicide. The friends house hes staying at is notorious for drinks, smokes weed, and house parties, but the friend has good intentions and is a good person and sees he needs to go home to his family. But the people at this house partying encourage rebellion and think he should stay away from his house and his family(hes bragged about being homeless and being high 11 times in one day). Three of his best friends have sat him down and told him he needs to go home but he hasn’t listened to them.
