Rent can range significantly, I would say. For a one bedroom apartment, it’s anywhere between about $450 up to $1,200. It’s really difficult to say, and it also depends upon what type of housing you’re interested in right close to the College Park area. There is a lot of college housing that is typically pretty competitive in terms of its rates. And there’s another group of students who decide to live in an area such as Washington D.C. or Bethesda, which are somewhat more expensive to live in.
