Answer If you’re satisfied with what is in there now, and have no plans to do any major upgrades, I wouldn’t be concerned, however, be forewarned that reselling the unit at some point might be a challenge. I assume the Federal panel is within your apartment, and if so, it could be swapped for a more reliable brand, but 50 amps is 50 amps, so you couldn’t increase that, unless of course there’s a conduit going straight to your meter, and considering how big it is (or isn’t) you might be able to repull the wire and increase your panel size that way. Fifty amps is probably, maybe, all you’ll ever need in this unit, the real problem will be to add a new breaker for a new circuit should you choose to do so.
