A combination of viscosity (thickness) and a special, quicker drying resin give Quick Dry a much faster drying time than other craft glues. It will dry between 30 and 50% faster than white craft glue. Original Tacky glue dries in about 45-60 minutes, Quick Dry in about 30-45 minutes.
