A. The flexibility of SoftCarts API allows you to develop your own customized module (also known as a payment gateway) to connect to another outside payment system for real-time transactions. Some payment systems may even offer you a ready-made module which they will support. (You should contact that third-party service for more information.) Commerce Blvd is only able to provide debugging support for the ClearCommerce module provided by Mercantec.
