I work it out to be 9.1% of solute in the solution Treat the 10gram salt and 100g water separately, then add so the total mass of the solution is 110grams Now find what percentage 10(solute) of 110 (mass of solution) is 10 divided by 110, multiply answer by 100 for percentage = 9.1% (1 decimal place) Think that’s what the question wants!
