It sounds as if your poor poodle was badly matted (common in a rescue dog)- for the burned bum- you can use some neopsorin, and you can try some baby powder. Find another groomer- ANY groomer should know better than to use a hot blade near a sensitive area- it sounds as if this groomer was either lazy or rushed, and used a hot blade. It's easily preventable! The nickes are common if the dog was matted, trying to get through the mats is difficult.
