GRP Pipes, FRP Pipes, HDPE Pipes, Hobas Pipes, whats the difference?
Most pipe systems, including Hobas pipes, are known for the kind of materials that they are made from. But, different types of pipes are made for different purposes. The kind of material that passes through the pipe, the pressure, and temperature are factors in which we can determine what kind of pipes we would need to use. There are a lot of different pipes. There are GRP pipes, FRP pipes, HDPE pipes, and Polyethylene pipes, to name a few. There more types out there, but for this purpose, I will only describe the pipes I mentioned. GRP pipes or Glass Reinforced Polyester pipes is one kind of fiberglass pipe. These pipes are lightweight and very easy to handle. And because they are not made from metal, they are corrosion-free. GRP Pipe is also resistant to acidic liquids and they are ideal for use in water and sewage systems. FRP pipes is also known as Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic pipe. This kind of pipe has a high strength-to-weight ratio. They are also corrosion-resistant and are lo
