“The Philosopher’s Stone” is the FIRST book in the Harry Potter series. It is the British version of the first book and is published by Bloomsbury, which publishes all the Harry Potter books in the UK. (By the way, the American title of the first book is “The Sorcerer’s Stone” – the actual text and storyline are mostly the same as the British version, though.) “The Chamber of Secrets” is the SECOND book in the Potter series. You may have been looking at the American version, because the publisher for Harry Potter books in the US is Scholastic.
