Yes, the ABA published Elder Abuse in the State Courts: Three Curricula for Judges and Court Staff in 1997. This publication contains three interdisciplinary curricula, a conferees’ manual and bibliography, templates for overhead transparencies, sample hypotheticals and evaluation questionnaires, and resource information for use in training judges and court staff about elder abuse and domestic violence in later life. This publication can be borrowed from the NCSC library by calling 800-616-6164.
