Absolutely!! All my life, I’ve sniffled and sneezed constantly. Now I live in the California Central Valley, where there’s a lot of farming, and everything grows well. That, of course, means pollen. Also, I have a cat– I dearly love him and I’m not giving him up! I used to use Vancenase. It kept the symptoms away, but I had to take it every day. After I’d been low-carbing for a couple of weeks, I started noticing that I was feeling jittery. This, for me, is a symptom of Vancenase overdose, so I tried not taking it. Lo and behold, I felt great! No symptoms! I have had to use the inhaler 2 or 3 times since then. However, those were especially high-pollen days– the kind where TV news warns people about them. It’s great to be able to pet and brush my cat without sneezing!
