Absolutely!! All my life, I’ve sniffled and sneezed constantly. Now I live in the California Central Valley, where there’s a lot of farming, and everything grows well. That, of course, means pollen. Also, I have a cat– I dearly love him and I’m not giving him up! I used to use Vancenase. It kept the symptoms away, but I had to take it every day. After I’d been low-carbing for a couple of weeks, I started noticing that I was feeling jittery. This, for me, is a symptom of Vancenase overdose, so I tried not taking it. Not really.. As for me, the only thing that works well is some good and trusted anti allergy prescription drugs, for example. I would recommend that you have a look a those too, but also consult your doctor. Good luck, hope I was helpful to you here
