Has anyone ever had a really strict, old fashioned teacher?
Yes. She was really strict, but boy was she a good teacher. One of the best in my opinion. She got me started with loving a subject, and I haven’t stopped being passionate about it years later. Wow…I sure miss her being my teacher. She was strict, but she was such a sweet person once I got to know her. And my last year’s history teacher. We had so much homework, but he was such a good teacher. He was really into his subject and knew a lot about it, so I enjoyed his class and his knowledge. And of course my current Government teacher. He is pretty much a college level teacher. That class is HARD. And he cusses a lot, so he’s not really old-fashioned, but he is a very good teacher. Not strict, just really particular about grading. Even though he’s over-working our already tired asses, everyone knows he’s doing it to prepare us for the real life, so I’m thankful for that.
