Has anyone ever heard of people getting in trouble for selling/buying/taking shrooms?

I hear of people getting caught with weed and getting slapped on the wrist, and then also of people getting caught with hard stuff and getting in real trouble. I never have heard of anyone getting caught with shrooms and was wondering whether it’s one of those things that naturally goes under the radar because the behavior of people that are into shrooms usually isn’t violent, they aren’t addictive, etc.
