It depends on how busy that store is and the “season”. When it starts to get warm and over the summer, we stay a bit slower. It’s usually super busy once fall sets in and around the holidays. I work at one of the busiest stores in our region and I do really well. On weekdays I make about $80-$100…Fri, Sat, Sun at least $130. It is important you prove yourself by running lots of food and doing your part to keep things stocked and cleaned during your shift. Managers notice things like that and reward you by giving you better sections. An opening or closing section is really good and you can make a lot of money there. And if you’re there long enough and become a head wait…you get even better deals on schedules and a kick-butt section. The money is real good if you work at being the best server you can be. The training you get there is the best I ever got and I’ve worked at quite a few restaurants. They really make sure you are knowledgeable about the menu and alcohol before they put y
