Has anyone gone on the Rumba Yacht in the Galapagos?
The rumba is not exactly the nicest boat in the Galapagos, so don’t be expecting luxury, but don’t worry you’ll still have a great time and see some amazing things. My advice is to try and get a cabin as far away from the engine as possible because some of the cabins tend to fill up with diesel fumes which is not exactly nice . . . when I went it was so bad in some cabins people had to sleep in the dining room! And if you have snorkel gear bring it . . . they have some on the boat but will charge you extra for it. Apart from that there’s nothing specific you really need, just bring a camera with a really big memory card for all the photos you are going to take!
