Has anyone got a recipe for chocolate frosting?
Creamy Chocolate Frosting 2 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar 3 tablespoons cocoa 1/4 cup butter 2 tablespoons heavy cream vanilla In a mixing bowl, cream confectioners’ sugar, cocoa, and butter. Beat in heavy cream and vanilla. Add small amounts hot water or hot black coffee until desired spreading consistency is reached. Chocolate Mint Frosting 1/2 c Mint Chocolate Chips 1/4 c Butter 1 t Vanilla 1/4 t Salt 3 c Powdered Sugar 6 T Milk Over hot water combine the mint chocolate chips and butter. Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla and salt. Transfer to a large bowl. Gradually beat in powdered sugar alternately with milk; beat until smooth. Perfectly Chocolate Frosting 1/2 c Butter or Margerine, melted 2/3 c Cocoa 3 c Powdered Sugar 1/3 c Milk 1 t Vanilla Mix butter and cocoa. Alternately mix in milk and powdered sugar. Beat until spreading consistency. Beat in vanilla. You may need to add more milk to make thinner or more powdered sugar to make thicker. HOPE T
