Has anyone had bi polar and ocd?with low self worth,am now depriving myself of sleep?
my advice is to go see your doctor and get your meds changed or get a higher dose and in the event your not taking your meds or you don’t have any go see the doctor once you have the right meds and therapy you will start to feel better but its a proses and it takes time and you have to want the help also the fact that you like to hurt your self weather by depriving yourself of food sleep or being a “cutter” its not healthy by any means and the fact that you won’t sleep is only going to work for so long before you fall out and have no control of it and it might be while driving cooking or doing something that will have a greater in pact on you or those around you
