Has anyone stimulus check been returned to the bank for insufficient funds?

If you get a check back that you deposit all of the banks in my area (GEORIGA) Do NOT charge NSF charges unless YOU wrote the check they just debit the account for the amount of the check and then send you a letter telling you to contact the person issuing that check. This seems very unlikely to me. I have never heard of an irs check bouncing.
