Has anyone tried wearing High heels or star jumps as a natural way to induce labour?
I never heard of high heels as a way to induce labor. I have had two kids and always did the natural way of going into labor. Both of my girls were either early or on time. One natural way that helped with both of my children was sex. The semen eat away at the mucus plug. I also made sure to boost up my energy and go on power walks (make sure you are with someone before you do anything that is out of your norm). When I was pregnant with both of my children I would always go on walks. Toward the end it is harder because you feel tired all of the time, but I still forced myself to get up and go. The way I feel about it is that the more comfortable you are then the more comfortable the baby is but if you get up and go for walks or become a little more active than before then gravity will take its course and the baby will come.
