The K200D just came out about a month ago so there probably are not many reviews out on it yet. I have a K10D and other Pentax dSLRs. I love them. I’d suggest going for a K10D or K20D if you can since it has the rechargeable Lithium Ion battery. You can get rechargeable AA’s also but they have never seemed to last as long for me. The K10D is no longer made but many stores still have it in stock. I know I saw Ritz still has them. The K10D and K200D are about the same in price and features except the K200D has the AA’s and more auto program modes.
