I have not and would not. It is not known if Valerian Natural Sleep Aid has negative effects on infants. It is recommended that nursing mothers abstain from taking Valerian. There has been no research done on the effects of Valerian based sleep aids or Valerian root on children. A healthy sleep pattern is one that a baby establishes on their own. Not one that is forced on them by potentially dangerous medications.
