Has Newmans Own Organics considered using stevia or xylitol for sweeteners in organic cookies?

Cookies in general are made with a good percentage of sugar. Since our cookies have to be made with a certain minimum percentage of organics, it would be difficult doing so without an organic sweetener. To date, we have not found an organic xylitol. Stevia has not been approved as a food additive/sweetener by the FDA. As of now, it can be sold only as a dietary supplement and cannot be used as a sweetener in commercially sold products.
