Has taking Vitamin B6 helped any of you with Luteal Phase Defect?

0

I have luteal phase defect. I suspected I had it before the doc did and tried B6-it didn’t work. I kept having early miscarriage. My doc said that luteal phase defect cannot be diagnosed by looking at length of luteal phase or progesterone levels, but only by endometrial biopsy. My luteal phase was actually an okay length…my i did notice my temp would dip a couple of times in the luteal phase (tho temp does not diagnose either) The progesterone level won’t help because what matters is how the uterus reacts to your level of progestrerone. You can have an okay level but still your uterus isn’t reacting. I had the biopsy and sure enough I have LPD. But, the first month I tried and took progesterone during the luteal phase I concieved and now I am 32 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy! The only way you will truly know is an endometrial biopsy.
