Has the problem of random losses of XM been corrected in the Version 2 PALs?

0

Some owners of Nav equipped cars and a PAL found that while listening to their iPod, for some reason the iPod would stop playing and the owner would find himself listened to an FM station or a CD. When investigating the Nav screen, he found that the XM1/2 button had disappeared and he essential lost all control and input from either XM1 or XM2 (PAL mode). Only a shutdown and restart of the engine would restore the XM1/2 buttons and their functions. The latest revision of PAL software resolves this issue.
