I’ve actually worked with a group in this area, and overweight and obesity has a dramatic effect on fertility. Particularly male fertility, it would seem. Indeed, with couples who are having problems, along with the usual things of stopping smoking, limiting drinking, making sure your diet is healthy etc (i.e., taking all the fun things out of your life) one of the main targets is to get to a healthy weight.

I know SEVERAL extremely overweight females who’ve had babies… My neighbor has 3 girls & two of them are twins, and but all of them are overweight and one of them has 4 kids and the other two have 3 each…. so I REALLY DONT THINK THAT it can affect your fertility that much! Just eat healthy good luck && BABY DUST!
