Have killer whales ever attacked & eaten humans?
Killer whales or Orcas have been known to attack humans in captivity, however there have been no attacks recorded in the wild! While watching an episode of Blue Planet, there was even a scene where the humans were laying in the surf where the orcas hunt the baby seals, it started to swim towards them but quickly realized it wasn’t a seal and swam away! So there is no risk of being eaten by them! It’s unlikely that a small whale would confront a great white alone as they hunt in pods, but I would think the orca would win. As jd said, it would be a lot smarter than the shark. The only disadvantage the orca might have is the need to come to the surface to breathe!
