Having issues with the bulb flashing when using the stock harness?
In some of the newer US built vehicles (example: Dodge Durango) made in the last couple of years, Dodge decided not to provide the full power to the headlight socket. This will cause the ballasts to consistantly switch on and off. Although this is a known problem it depends on the type of power system that is included with your car, (day time running lights, etc) we can not gurantee that the stock kit will work for you. If you do end up with this problem the test is simple. Use a direct battery feed to the ballasts to see if the ballast/bulb ignite. If they do that the problem is the power distribution system. The fix for this is to order a special harness that will provide a constant power feed to the ballasts. Please contact technical support if you do find yourself in this situation.
