when i used key open the trunk now trunk won’t close also my keyless trunk open won’t work neither, please help! A: the trunk lock might be frozen, bring car into a warm place if possible. i.e. heated garage.

If the car stayed on cold, it can be frozen. So, leave the car in a warm place for some hours. Another option to try is a business card or credit card may be able to open it if you pry on the right-hand side while pulling on the lever trying to open a gas tank.
