You just made it… anything less than 5 is considered not pregnant. Within 1-2 days of implantation would be zero. The best thing would be to take another blood test 2 days after the first one and see if the number went up. Or, you can take a urine test about 2 days before your period is due…I wouldn’t test sooner than that. Good luck!
