Seriously, you cannot learn taijutsu (ninjutsu) from books or videos. It is an art that has to be felt to be understood. The basic concepts of destroying balance (kuzushi), space and timing, and uzumaki are concepts that cannot really be taught by any means except hands on instruction. It takes years for someone studying taijutsu to grasp the fundamentals of moving their body and things like that. My suggestion is to research it (instead of study it) until you get a chance to move to an area that has a nearby dojo or wait and see if one does come around. Be careful not to jump at the first dojo however, without proper research. Even the authentic schools (Bujinkan, Genbukan, Jinenkan, and Toshindo) can have some bad instructors.
