A. Wait a couple or three weeks for it to even out. If you are not happy, you can either consider using more filler to even it out, or use hyaluronidase to quickly dissolve it and return you to your pre-injection state. Always choose a very experienced injectionist when doing lip augmentations as they can be tricky. Relax, it should work out fine. Good luck.
