Hi, can 10mm lexan sheet be formed with heat, and if so how would i go about it.?

Most plastics can be re-formed by heat. If its a home job then the best thing to use would be by heating the sheet in an oven then forming it over blocks. For small sections you can use a heat gun (a bit like an industrial hair dryer) but you have to be very careful not to over heat and burn the plastic.
