Hi guys, can anyone offer a little advice on a fertility question?
I would first recommend reading a book called “Taking Charge of Your Fertility.” It is so helpful in understanding your body and fertility issues. It would probably help… I know I loved it! As for ttc and what you’re explaining, it sounds like you have a short luteal phase (from ovulation to your next menses), and this would be a problem in sustaining a pregnancy. I reccomend doing some research on Vitex Chaste Berry. It’s a natural herb and it helps with these kinds of things without using RX with lots of side effects. Have you seen a Dr.? Your Dr. may be able to help you out with other things if you dont like the idea of herbs…. although they work wonders! Good luck to you!
