How accessible is Personal Health Manager?
Aviva has been working with the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) to ensure that Personal Health Manager is accessible to our visually impaired customers. However, certain elements of the site cannot be used without assistance. Those customers unable to access these sections can still continue to use the GP Helpline or contact us to assist you We welcome calls to the telephone services available in Personal Health Manager through the Type Talk service provided by BT.
