The walkaround area is tarmac so is easy to walk on or push a chair. Access to the shop and restaurant are by wide doorways without steps. The sea lion show is accessible at ground level and we have recently built an underwater viewing area for the sea lion pool with ramp access, our lakeside train has a carriage designed for wheelchair users. The only area with possible problems is the Woodland Walk due to gravel pathways. Accessible toilet facilities are on site, we have wheelchairs available for hire from the restaurant, and our friendly staff are always willing to help where they can. We are proud to say that we were listed in the Rough Guide top 100 accessible attractions in the UK.
