How acidic would newly fallen leaves be from a Pin oak tree?

l don’t know what the hell a pin oak tree is,but all oak leaves are alkaline and should never be composted.this is because of the very tough skin on the leaves which make it tough to tear, let alone compost. They will take 3 years to break down. If you insist, than mow over the leaves several times, then stamp all over them to break down the tough fibre.
