How and where does the C-IV System search for customers? Does it cross reference MEDS?

The C-IV System searches within its own data for customers. Data that will have been converted from legacy systems will be available depending on the details of the data conversion process. C-IV will not automatically search MEDS. Workers will continue to research customers on MEDS separately.
