Alabama is the most recent state to enact very strict immigration control. Both supporters and opponents consider the new Alabama immigration law the toughest in the country. With this new  regulation, concerns about unemployment have risen up.  The law has already went into effect but a few days after , an appeals court has issued a short-term injunction against portions of the regulation.
