How are academic grievances resolved?
Resolution of academic grievances is a five stage process: Informal approach to person directly involved. Formal grievance resolution by Faculty Referral to Dean of Students Appeal to Academic Review Committee Appeal to Council Committee of Appeal (Student Matters) Students must lodge a formal grievance procedure, in writing, within twenty-one days of the decision, act or omission giving rise to the grievance.
