Each tournament roster will be kept to an appropriate and manageable size, given the nature and stature of the specific tournament. Team formulation revolves around pitchers, catchers, and all other positions, respectively; hitting, defense, speed, team balance, and lastly, team chemistry. Pools of players are created for each specific age-group, from which each specific tournament team is formulated.
