How are appliances installed? For delivery with-in AIlSouth's delivery zone, we will set up and install refrigeration and laundry.

We can arrange installation of built-in products through several of our recommended installers. For out of the area delivery, you the customer or your builder will need to arrange installation. Many service companies, plumbers and electricians offer these services. Also, you might check with a local remodeler or the homebuilders association for qualified installers. All products are shipped with installation instructions, also found on our site, for the DIY customer. What about shipping? Small products are shipped UPS/ FedEx to physical address, no P.O. boxes. Larger items are shipped by AllSouth within our delivery coverage area (see shipping & return policies). All other delivery is made common carrier, to curbside or driveway. White glove service is available to have trucking company bring items inside building. They should not un-crate as you require all packaging for any damage or return claim.
