How are campers divided for activities?

Campers are divided by age and the groupings are: Grades 1&2, Grades 3&4 and Grades 5&6. In order to provide for proper supervision, each age group has to maintain a certain ratio of campers to counselors. This will affect the number of campers allowed to register in each age group.
