How are Cracks Repaired?
Surface repairs with rigid products such as hydraulic cement or epoxy will often fail after a year or less. Exterior repair by excavation and patching is expensive and unnecessary. Proper crack repair requires that the crack be completely filled with flexible polyurethane foam. ConCrack Inc. injects flexible polyurethane foam at high pressure which reacts with water, bonds to concrete, and expands to completely fill and seal the crack. It prevents water from entering the basement. ConCrack also cleans and etches the crack with a cleaner under high pressure and then flushes with water before injecting foam. This ensures penetration and a perfect bond.
