Deliveries – Delivery trucks may park at no cost for 15 minutes in the building garage. Small vehicles can use the Wells Street entrance. Trucks that deliver furniture or other large items must enter through Eugenie Street . Deliveries can be made only on the freight elevator. Delivery personnel must check in at the front desk before items can be delivered to any Unit. Delivery times are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. , Monday through Saturday. Deliveries are not allowed on Sunday.
