How are EIA temperature codes defined and what do they mean?
EIA (Electronic Industry Alliance) has established a 3-character code which describe the capacitance versus temperature performance for capacitors. For high dielectric constant types (EIA Class II and III), the first two digits designate the operating temperature range. The third digit designates the capacitance change over the operating temperature range.
