How are first-year associate offers handled?
In Silicon Valley, following the summer associate program, 2L summer associates are eligible to receive offers to join a specific practice department. Although we cannot guarantee that summer associates will receive an offer to become a permanent member of the practice department of their choice, we do make every effort to accommodate preferences.
