We do not recruit certified home health aides. We recruit caregivers who have a minimum of two years experience and have a passion for compassionate care giving. However, some private duty caregivers (home based supportive care givers) may have certification credentials. The state of NJ prohibits private duty caregivers from working under this capacity because certified home health aides must be supervised by a registered nurse and be employees of an agency.
