How are homeowner complaints non-compliance involving a neighboring unit addressed?
Concerns regarding neighbor non-compliance must be submitted to management in writing. If the complaint proves to be a legitimate breach of the governing documents, a violation letter is generated and mailed to the homeowner. Homeowner correspondence and a copy of the violation are included in the monthly board packet for Board review.
