To know how to grow Tomatoes please refer the answer given by me in the following link : http://www.experts123.com/q/how-are-hydroponic-tomatoes-grown.html

Cucumbers :

Cucumbers are tender, warm-weather plants. Ideal growing temperatures are 65 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Cucumbers are used for sweet pickles, dill pickles and slicing. The vines grow quickly and take up plenty of space in the garden. Cucumber vines are sometimes trained up trellises when growing space is limited. Seeds are planted directly in to the garden after all danger of spring frost has passed. Cucumbers are prepared for harvest 50 to 70 days after planting.

Sweet Pepper :

Pepper plants may be started in the greenhouse six to ten weeks before the area’s last average frost date, with seeds sown in pots or flats. Beginning a different set of seeds every weeks in the greenhouse from late winter until time to transplant the seedlings may provide peppers throughout the summer.

Starting peppers in a greenhouse gives them several additional weeks of growing time while you wait for the danger of a late frost to pass & the soil to warm up. By then, the seedlings will have root systems & be prepared for transplanting in to the garden.
